Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1/1/2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ECO Clean Solar Panel Cleaning LLC website, content, and any online communications, and they also describe important policies related to our services. By using our website or requesting/receiving services from ECO Clean Solar Panel Cleaning LLC (“ECO Clean Solar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.
1) Website Use; Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, and design—is owned by ECO Clean Solar or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any website content without our written permission.
We may modify, suspend, or remove the website (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We are not liable if the website is unavailable for any period.
2) No Warranty on Website Content
Website content is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of website content. Use of the website is at your own risk.
We cannot guarantee that files available through the internet or our website will be free of viruses or harmful code. You are responsible for implementing safeguards and backups.
3) Quotes, Estimates, and Scope of Work
-
Quotes/Estimates: Quotes may be based on information you provide (including photos), visible conditions, and reasonable assumptions. Final pricing may change if site conditions differ materially from what was disclosed or visible (e.g., additional buildup, access constraints, severe bird activity, or safety requirements).
-
Scope: Services include only what is specifically agreed upon in writing (text, email, invoice, or estimate). Any additional work requested may require a revised estimate.
-
Commercial Sites: Commercial work may involve additional access, safety, scheduling windows, or site requirements that impact pricing and timing.
4) Scheduling, Access, and Customer Responsibilities
-
To complete service efficiently and safely, you agree to:
-
Provide safe access to the service area (gates unlocked, clear paths, reasonable access to water if needed, and any required permissions).
-
Secure pets and ensure the work area is reasonably clear of hazards.
-
Disclose known issues that may affect safety or scope (fragile roofing areas, electrical hazards, restricted access, etc.).
-
If we arrive and cannot perform service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, we may charge a trip fee and/or require rescheduling.
5) Weather, Safety, and Right to Refuse Service
-
Exterior services are weather-dependent. We may reschedule due to rain, high winds, extreme heat, unsafe roof conditions, or any situation that poses safety risks to our team or your property. We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe or materially different than expected.
6) Photos and Documentation
-
We may take before/after photos for quality assurance, customer communication, and recordkeeping. If we wish to use any photos for marketing purposes where the property or customer could be identifiable, we will seek permission or obscure identifying details when practical.
7) Payments
-
Payment is due as stated on your invoice or estimate. We may accept payment via cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and Wix payment links (including Apple Pay where available). Returned or failed payments may be subject to additional fees as allowed by law.
8) Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy (Recurring Cleaning Plans)
-
For customers enrolled in quarterly or semi-annual cleaning plans:
-
If you choose to cancel your plan before the second scheduled service, we will charge the difference between the plan pricing and the one-time cleaning rate (i.e., you will be billed as if the first visit was a one-time service). This policy helps cover discounted plan pricing and reserved scheduling capacity.
-
We recommend providing as much notice as possible for cancellations or rescheduling so we can accommodate other customers.
9) Limitation of Liability
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
ECO Clean Solar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our website or services.
-
Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law.
-
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10) Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Access third-party websites at your own risk.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
